Grey Label VN LLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through greylabelvn.com and our services, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

•     Information you give us: your name, email, business name, website, and anything you share in a contact form, booking form, email, or call.

•     Booking information: appointment times and the details you enter when scheduling a call.

•     Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe (or another payment processor we name at checkout). We don't see or store your full card number.

•     Usage information: basic analytics about how visitors use the Site, such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate location, collected through our website platform and cookies.

2. How we use it

•     To respond to inquiries and schedule calls

•     To deliver the services you purchase

•     To process payments and keep business and tax records

•     To send occasional updates, only if you've opted in or are a current client. You can unsubscribe anytime.

•     To understand and improve the Site

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, including:

•     Squarespace (website, forms, analytics)

•     Google Workspace (email, calendar, scheduling, documents)

•     Stripe (payment processing)

•     [Email newsletter provider, e.g. Substack, if used]

We may also share information with a supplier when you've asked us to make an introduction, or when required by law.

4. Where your information is processed

Grey Label VN is a US company whose founder works from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Our service providers store data primarily in the United States. Your information may be accessed from Vietnam in order to deliver our services.

5. How long we keep it

We keep client and payment records for as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes, typically up to seven years. Inquiries that don't become engagements are deleted within about two years.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you emails, by writing to hello@greylabelvn.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Some records we're required to keep (such as payment records) may be retained for legal reasons.

7. Cookies

Our website platform uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the Site may not work as intended if you do.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
